CWKB is complete; release details soon
I've now finished my pass rereading and checking all of Cosmic Warlord Kin-Bright.
As I think I remarked before, big projects finish many times. I'm sure the current form of the text still contains errors and slip-ups, and I'll do some more checking soon. But this probably marks the end of scheduled daily work on the poem, a regime of work I started somewhere around late November 2022.
My next task is to plan and schedule the release. As I laid out some months ago, the provisional idea is to live-read the whole thing from the start again—I have a better microphone these days, though there's nothing to be done about my voice—and then release the new books weekly once we get to them, up to the poem's end. I'm thinking I'll probably cover one or two books a week. I'll firm these details up or change them soon, once I've worked out what seems best, so keep an eye out for news on that!
The final form of the poem will still be free. I'm considering having a pay-what-you-want option too, but the PDF and epub form of the poem will always be free.

will you save an audio recordings of the complete reading (or twitch vods or whatever)? i know with tea breaks, chat interactions, and inevitable slipups it would hardly be an audiobook-quality thing but it would be nice to have at least some sort of audio version of CWKB available for folks who'd prefer to hear the poem than read it eyeballsly
Provisionally yes—I'd certainly like to have some kind of audio form of it available in the longer term, and the live readings should be a workable if rough form of that unless or until I ever get round to recording and editing a proper run-through.
