Minor updates to books IV–VI

As part of my preparations for finishing the whole poem, I'm working through and checking the earlier books. I've just uploaded files with new versions of books IV–VI. Most of the changes are small ones, to tweak/fix metre or (in one embarrassing case) to handle a character having the wrong name(!).
