Roadmap

So, where next? To the underworld: I'm now writing the katabasis sequence, the trip that Kin-Bright and Qwerthart will make to the shrouded halls, in search of advice on where to go next. Because Taru nobles live very normal lives as very normal people, this part of CWKB also delivers the romance subplot's climax. 

Before releasing the next part, I also want to revise Book I, which has more metrical errors and infelicities than the rest of the material: I wrote it when I knew least and had no experience in that kind of long-form verse. I don't expect to tweak any plot details, just some points of metre, syntax, and word-choice.

I hope to get the next part of the story out in the autumn, before Christmas 2023.
